Our Head Chef Lewis de Haas is creating a collaborative menu with Townsend Head Chef Chris Shaw. Townsend is a modern British restaurant, set within the iconic Whitechapel Gallery. Aligning with our ethos at Crispin, Chris's food is creative, simple and sustainable, showcasing the best produce Britain has to offer.
